Loved to have reached the northernmost tip of Northland, Cape Reinga. Next stop? Driving all the way down to Bluff, take a ferry to Stewart Island? Maybe someday we will. Right now,  procrastinating! When you can’t stop to take a photo, you just have to take that shot and hope for the best.

Always a problem when you’re traveling 100km/hr. Thinking twice when there’s a vehicle following you on a narrow road, in a hurry heading home or just the hassle of setting  up your gear. Your judgment is clouded. And you haven’t even adjusted for a right exposure.

But you can’t afford to miss those scenes. Take the shot, multiple even – the burst and just hope you have some good ones.
